Shipping Policy

Fast Shipping Nationwide

At Pedestalsforpavers.com, we offer fast and reliable shipping across the continental U.S. with a network of distribution centers. Most customers receive their orders within 3 to 5 business days, although some restrictions and variations may apply.

Shipping Rates

We charge a percentage of the product cost to cover both freight and shipping. Specific rates will be calculated at checkout.

Order Processing and Tracking

  • We ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and common carriers.

  • Tracking information will be emailed to you within 24 hours of shipment, though not all orders may have tracking.

  • Signature requirements vary: for business deliveries, a signature is required; for residential deliveries, it is at the discretion of the delivery driver.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is submitted, it cannot be canceled or modified due to our quick processing time. If you no longer need the item, you may contact our sales department to initiate a return.

Estimated Delivery

Delivery times depend on product availability, location, and shipping method. For large or bulk orders, especially those requiring freight, delivery may take longer. Note that delivery estimates do not account for weekends, and deliveries occur only on business days.

Bulk Orders

Bulk orders require additional processing time. If you’re ordering pallets of products, tracking information may take longer to be available, and delivery times may extend.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to the following locations:

  • Hawaii

  • Alaska

  • U.S. territories

  • PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses

  • UPS/FedEx stores, USPS locations, freight forwarding companies

Freight Deliveries

For truck deliveries:

  • A signature is required. Someone must be available during business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) to sign.

  • Deliveries are tailgate/dock only: the driver will bring the item to the rear of the truck, but assistance is not provided for unloading.

  • Additional services (e.g., inside delivery) may be available for businesses in select areas and will incur extra charges.

  • Residential delivery may not be available in certain areas, and inside delivery is not offered for residential addresses.

Important Return Information

Do not discard the original packaging or shipping materials. Returns or replacements are only accepted if the items are in their original packaging.

Return Policy

General Returns Information

Most items are returnable. Please refer to the return restrictions and reasons outlined below. All returns must be notified to our Returns Department within 30 days of the original date of receipt. Returns without prior notification will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, email Sales@pedestalsforpavers.com with "Returns" in the subject line and include the following information:

  • Order Number

  • Item(s) and Quantity to be returned

  • Reason for the return

We will send return instructions within 24 business hours.

Important: Items must be returned in their original packaging. Do not discard the shipping materials or packaging, as returns will not be accepted without them.

Return Conditions

Damaged, Defective, or Incomplete Items

  • If your items are damaged, defective, or incomplete, you must request a return or refund within 3 business days of receipt.

  • To ensure quick processing, provide pictures of the damaged or incorrect items in your email.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Orders

  • If you ordered incorrectly or changed your mind, we will refund the purchase price of the unopened, re-stockable item (less shipping costs).

  • Items returned directly to the manufacturer will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be returned in case quantity.

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping cost to Pedestalsforpavers.com.

Packaging and Sending Returns

Once your Return Authorization Number and return address have been provided:

  1. Repackage the item in its original condition, including all original packaging and materials (manuals, accessories, etc.).

  2. Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the shipping package (do not write on the product packaging).

  3. Ship the item to the return address using your preferred shipping method. We recommend providing a tracking number and insuring valuable items.

Pedestalsforpavers.com takes full responsibility for all merchandise once received by our Returns Department. We are not liable for loss or theft before the merchandise is in our possession.

Return Reasons

  • If the item was ordered incorrectly or you changed your mind: Refunds will be issued for unopened, re-stockable items, less shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to these returns.

  • If we sent a defective or incorrect item, or the item was damaged during shipment: We will arrange for the return of the item. In case of incomplete orders or items not received, contact us within 2 business days, and we will investigate and, if necessary, process a replacement or refund.
