Fast Shipping Nationwide

Pedestalsforpavers.com ships throughout the continental United States using a network of regional distribution centers and common carriers. Most standard orders ship within 3–5 business days, subject to product availability and destination. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Free Shipping (Limited Time)

We currently offer free standard shipping on eligible orders within the continental United States. This promotion may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

Certain bulk, palletized, oversized, or freight shipments may be excluded from free shipping unless expressly stated at checkout.

Shipping Rates

When free shipping is not in effect, shipping and freight costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, destination, and delivery method. Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Order Processing & Tracking

Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or common freight carriers.

Tracking information will be emailed once available. Freight and pallet shipments may not include real-time tracking.

Signature Requirements

  • Business deliveries: signature required

  • Residential deliveries: signature may be required at carrier discretion

Order Cancellations

Due to fast order processing, orders cannot be canceled or modified once submitted. Orders that have shipped are subject to the Return Policy.

Estimated Delivery

Delivery times vary by product availability, destination, and shipping method.

  • Business days only (Monday–Friday)

  • Weekends and holidays excluded

  • Bulk and freight orders may require additional transit time

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska or Hawaii

  • U.S. territories

  • PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

  • UPS/FedEx retail locations

  • Freight forwarding companies

Freight Deliveries (Important)

For all freight deliveries:

  • Signature required

  • Curbside / dock / tailgate delivery only

  • Driver does not assist with unloading

  • Customer must have appropriate labor or equipment available

  • Inside delivery, liftgate service, or special handling is not included unless quoted in advance

Missed appointments, re-delivery fees, storage charges, or carrier surcharges are the customer’s responsibility.

Important Return Information

Do not discard original packaging or shipping materials. Returns or replacements are accepted only if items are unopened and in original packaging, per our Return Policy.

Pedestalsforpavers.com ships throughout the continental United States using regional warehouses and common carriers. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders, or carrier retail locations.

Shipping Times

Most standard orders ship within 3–5 business days, subject to availability and destination. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Bulk, palletized, or freight orders may require additional processing and transit time.

Return Policy

General Returns

Most standard items are eligible for return. All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and require prior authorization.

Returns without authorization will not be accepted.

To request a return, email Sales@pedestalsforpavers.com with the subject line “Returns” and include:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) and quantity

  • Reason for return

Return instructions will be provided within one business day.

Packaging Requirement

All returned items must be unopened and in original packaging. Returns without original packaging or with damaged packaging may be refused.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Must be reported within 3 business days of delivery

  • Photos are required for review

  • Failure to report damage within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the shipment

If approved, Pedestalsforpavers.com will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

Incorrect Orders or Change of Mind

If an item was ordered incorrectly or is no longer needed:

  • Item must be unopened and resalable

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

  • A 15% restocking fee applies

  • Pallet and bulk items must be returned in full case or pallet quantities

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Custom, special-order, or made-to-order products

  • Opened, installed, or used items

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Products returned incomplete or damaged due to improper handling

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for proper packaging, shipping insurance, and tracking. Pedestalsforpavers.com is not responsible for loss or damage prior to receipt of returned merchandise.

Ownership & Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery. Pedestalsforpavers.com assumes responsibility only after returned merchandise is received and inspected.
